At Liora Wellness, The Art of Serenity captures our belief that peace is both a practice and a way of being. We create experiences that act as guiding lights — soft yet transformative — leading each individual toward a deeper connection with themselves. Through curated retreats, mindful workshops, and nurturing community gatherings, we bring serenity into focus, revealing its beauty and making it accessible in everyday life. Here, light is more than a symbol, it’s the path to renewal, harmony, and wholeness.

Elizabeth discovered hot yoga over 20 years ago while working to lose pregnancy weight and quickly fell in love with the practice. After surviving multiple cancer diagnoses and learning she has Lynch Syndrome, hot yoga became more than exercise, it became her therapy. A 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Elizabeth brings a deep passion for delicious, nourishing food, healing, strength and resilience to each day.

Bikram Yoga came into Elizabeth's life back in 2004 in Memphis, TN after looking for a way to stay active after playing collegiate field hockey. She quickly fell in love with the Bikram method, embracing it as both a daily practice and a way of life... and she's never looked back.
A lifelong student of wellness, Elizabeth is passionate about sharing the healing power of yoga and holistic practices with others. Elizabeth's Certifications include HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), using functional movement, AND 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (plus Bikram Yoga training). Her most influential teachers include Mary Jarvis, Cindy Lunsford, Gianna Purcell, Glen Brown, Meredith Conroy, Michael Fine, Sarah Teeple and Sloan Showalter, each of whom has helped shape her path and deepen her understanding of the mind-body connection.
Elizabeth believes in the innate power we have to heal... when we choose to step onto the mat and into ourselves.
