It’s Sunday night, and that quiet sense of dread starts to creep in.

Within this in-person gathering, you will be guided by Ellie Potts through a slow, grounding flow that will support the nervous system. You will have the opportunity to unwind from the weekend and ease into the week ahead empowered and calm. This will leave space for you to release tension, process subtle anxiety and transition into stillness before meditation.
For the remainder of our sacred time together, Tonya Phillips will lead you through a guided meditation allowing you to gently shift out of fear and into trust. Through calming breath, grounding awareness, and guided reflection, you’ll be supported in releasing worry, quieting your mind, and reconnecting with a sense of steadiness within yourself.
